Blog Help Needed

After stalking other blogs for quite some time, I felt that it was time to create one of my own. This is all new to me, so any advice would be greatly appreciated. It only took me two three hours to figure out just the background. I thought this would all be so easy for me, but apparently my computer skills are lacking. Please give me any tips… I have a new appreciation for all you bloggers out there with cute themes, pictures, etc. Until then, I will continue wasting away the hours trying to figure out this new world of blogging.
